Dawn Patrol key frame and mech design

This is a personal project as an exercise "3D for 2D" concept design and key frame illustration. I started in Blender with my mech design, and and environment composition, lighting and rendering in Eevee. I then finished off the render in Photoshop and image processing in Lightroom.
The setting is inspired by my years living in Norway, particularly the "moose crossing" sign, which Norwegians call "elg." Which inspired the name and design of the mech.

The United Nordic Front, formed in the aftermath of the militarized corporate wars of the 30s, regularly patrolled the borders of former Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Baltics during the fallout of the Neo-viking expansion.

The "ELG" infantry support mech was a workhorse of the United Nordic Front for nearly two decades. It's blend of versatile weaponry, agility, and speed made it a mainstay in urban and multi-terrain environments.
